Therapy that helps you find steadier ground

I work with teens and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, burnout, and grief, supporting you to regain your footing and build resilience that feels real and sustainable.

I’d love to connect with you.

You might be here because…

On some level, you feel stuck—whether in a job, a relationship, a familiar role, or a pattern you can't seem to break. You might realize you don’t know yourself as deeply as you’d like or struggle to even like the person looking back at you in the mirror. Perhaps a major life transition or a loss has shaken your foundation, leaving you unsure of how to navigate the road ahead.

You’re often the person who shows up for everyone else, yet you find it almost impossible to turn that same care and presence toward yourself. You may feel completely alone in your experience, or perhaps you’re just tired of knowing logically what you "should" do while feeling unable to actually do it.

If any of this sounds familiar — you're in the right place.

What I offer

I believe healing happens in relationships — with ourselves, our communities, and the world around us. Humans have immense, innate capacity for growth, change, and resilience in the face of challenge when we feel seen, heard, and aligned with our values and connected with people, plants, and place.

Sessions with me are collaborative, supportive, and relaxed. We take time to build a human-to-human connection — there’s no rush. Clients often say they feel relieved after the first session to finally put down some of the load they’ve been carrying.

Over time, you may experience more stability, more resilience, more capacity to feel through the hard things and come out both stronger and softer on the other side. Progress isn’t always obvious, but we often pause to look back at the ground you’ve already covered and celebrate what got you here.
