My fee is $150 for a standard 50-minute session. Payment is due at the time of service. Visit my Fees & Insurance page for more information.

While I don't accept your insurance directly, your plan may have out-of-network (OON) benefits, which means your insurance company will reimburse you for a large portion of our session cost. I use a platform called Thrizer to automate this process for you. Use this tool to check your benefits and reimbursement rates.

My physical office is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. I also meet with clients in person at parks and trails around the Salt Lake Valley.

Absolutely. I offer telehealth sessions through a secure video platform. I can meet virtually with clients who are located in Utah and Idaho.

Typically, clients find therapy to be the most effective when we meet consistently on a weekly or biweekly basis. Scheduling a regular, recurring appointment means your time slot is reserved just for you.

I offer free 15-minute consultation calls, during which we can chat more about your therapy goals and whether we might be a good fit. We’ll also discuss next steps, including scheduling our first session. Check my online schedule to book a consultation! And if I’m not the right therapist for you, I’ll help you find someone who is.

No! Therapy can be a space to explore values and goals, build skills, and receive support. You do not need to have a mental health diagnosis or be in crisis to benefit.
